Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified of any delays.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

We currently deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Other Emirates
• 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
We are pleased to offer:
Free delivery for all orders above AED 100 within the UAE.
Orders below this value may be subject to a standard delivery fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email or WhatsApp.
This notification will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional delivery charges.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
Le Bouquet Baby is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order must be redirected or reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
